Customers have access to our support system via telephone to our in-house techs and our field tech reps plus our PC 'Live-On-Line' support system that allows for total support for any automotive application PC. Computer operating issues, Computer hardware failures, Scan Tool application issues and diagnostic support are all part of our total support package.
